Orlando, FL based developer Zom, Inc. sold their planned 191-unit apartment building to USAA Real Estate in December, 2010. Zom will be retained by USAA a developer manager for the mixed-use project featuring 17,300 sq. ft. of retail. Hollywood Video currently resides on the 1.73 acre site. The project will provide a connection for North Troy Street between Wilson & Clarendon Boulevards.
