The Waverly at Clarendon Station is planned for Washington Boulevard on the west side of N. Irving Street. It will be a high-rise mixed-use project with 186 residential units and 18,299 sq. ft. of first floor retail space. Development company Zom purchased the site from Faison and planned for condominiums before the market declined. Zom later partnered with USAA Real Estate for this project and 1900 Wilson Blvd.
