The Crimson on Glebe

The Crimson on Glebe is a six-story residential project proposed for the intersection of N. Glebe Road and N. Carlin Springs Rd. The proposal calls for 150 apartment units with 9,234 sq. ft. of first floor retail space at the corner of Glebe and Carlin Springs. Lessard Group has been hired as the architect by the developer, Crimson Partners. In the summer of 2011 Crimson partnered with Washington Real Estate Investment Trust who will be the primary stake holder moving forward. Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2012.
