H Street Connection

H Street Corridor

A large-scale project, by developers Rappaport and W.C. Smith, that will run from 8th to 10th Street along H Street NE, and will have 420 rental apartments and 44,300 square feet of retail space. Perhaps most notably, there are 435 planned parking spaces: 126 for retail and 309 for renters. The project is set to begin construction in the fall of 2016. Stores currently located at the Connection are set to permanently close by the end of this year.
