Redevelopment of Hine Junior High School near Eastern Market to mixed-use development including ground floor retail with office above, mixed-income residential, 19,000 sq. ft. public charter pre-school, and two levels of underground parking. A new public piazza will offer additional space for Eastern Market vendors and community gatherings. A partnership between local developers EastBanc and Stanton among others has engaged Esocoff & Associates for design.
