NoMa

New mixed-use development planned adjacent to the New York Avenue Metro. MRP Realty plans to build two office buildings, and an 11-story 400-unit residential building along with 15,000 sq. ft. of retail between the residential and office buildings. The development is being planned at LEED Gold through NoMa's LEED Neighborhood Development program. Ground breaking of the residential phase is expected soon. Original plans called for a hotel component and smaller residential building, but the hotel portion was eliminated in favor of more residential units.
