A 22-unit condo development made up of shipping containers. Neighborhood Development Company (NDC) and Travis Price Architects are collaborating on the proposed project. The 22 residences would be built like rowhouses, with two units per three-story house. The homes would be built 16 feet wide and the units would be about 1,200 square feet each. Each would have a walk-in closet and a balcony. Forty percent of the homes would be designated affordable.
