Macerich, owner of Tysons Corner mall, is the master developer of a large-scale redevelopment of the mall to include higher density residential, office and hotel properties. The new development is called Tysons Corner Center. The Hyatt Regency is the hotel contingent of the project. The hotel is accepting reservations for April 17, 2015, and beyond.
