A planned conversion of Planned Parenthood’s downtown office into a residential project. Red Multifamily Development reduced the number of condominiums in the building from the original 20 down to just 15 units and added another parking space, bringing the total for the project up to the four required by the Zoning Commission. Four of the building’s eight floors will remain commercial space.
