The Highline at Union Market

Level 2 Development is planning a 315-unit building near Union Market. The site is currently held by Burger King. The project will have 10,000 square feet of retail space, 143 parking spaces and a rooftop pool -- and it may include penthouse units. Eight percent of units will be set aside for households earning 80 percent of the area median income. Level 2 said the building would be constructed to LEED Silver standards and have 105 bike spaces. They also hope to construct a park adjacent to the building as a public amenity. The company is hoping to break ground on the project in late 2016. Eric Colbert is the architect on the project.
