This redevelopment of industrial buildings near Watkins Elementary School on Capitol Hill will include 44-unit residences (30 three-bedroom townhomes, eight flats and six lofts) over roughly 30,000 square feet centered around an alley. The location is currently an auto repair shop and a warehouse. The project is being developed by Sean Ruppert, the principal of OPaL LLC, and architect Gregory Sparhawk of gps designs.
