Donohoe Development had previously planned a large office building for 8280 Wisconsin Avenue, the site of one of Bethesda's last gas stations, but recently requested permission to build a residential building on the site. The building would go up to 200 feet and rise four stories above its neighbor, but there is no timeline yet for development.
