Community Three's new plan for the site, which is currently occupied by a parking lot and an old, two-story building, includes 18 condos with ground-floor retail. Though the plans are in the very early stages, they include a six-story building with condos ranging in size from 600 to 1,400 square feet, including a penthouse on the sixth floor.
