The Flats (Lot 31)

PN Hoffman & StonebridgeCarras were selected to Montgomery County to redevelop the "Lot 31" parking lot into a mixed-use residential building with a large underground parking garage offering 290 private spaces and 940 public parking spaces. The residential consists of two components: The Flats and The Darcy. The Flats is a 162-unit rental building. Construction is expected to start in early 2012.
