Progression Place is a new construction mixed-use development consisting of 100,000 sq. ft. of office space, 205 apartments, and 20,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Construction started in late 2010 after previous delays and the pull out of Radio One as the major tenant. The United Negro College Fund stepped in to fill void and allow the project to move forward. The development team consists of Ellis Development, The Jarvis Company, and Four Points.
