Landmark Gateway

West End

Landmark Gateway is a planned mixed-use development in the West End of Alexandria at the northeast corner of S. Pickett and S. Van Dorn Streets. Green City Development has partnered with Mill Creek Residential Trust to develop a 3-building apartment community with 15,000 sq. ft. of street level retail. Originally the site was approved by Alexandria with 431 residential units and 35,000 sq. ft. of retail. However, due to changes in the marketplace the developer plans to increase the number of residential units, reduce the required number of garage parking spaces, and reduce the amount of retail space. Architects Collaborative is designing the project.
