The completed project will be a mix of retail and apartments. A block of retail space totaling 55,000 square feet faces Mt Vernon Avenue at the first floor. Behind and below this space is parking for the entire development. Above the retail will be 4 to 5 floors of apartments with a total of 478 units. Twenty-eight residential units will be reserved for affordable housing. Two current retail anchors, CVS and MOM's Organic Market, will anchor the new development.
