Archstone is preparing to construct 325 by-right residential rental units on a large site along N. Glebe Rd. just southeast of the intersection with Lee Highway. The developer has finalized permitting issues with the County and will proceed with construction once permanent financing is in place. The site abuts the commercial shopping center on the southeast corner of N. Glebe Rd. and Lee Highway.
