New construction 5-story residential building planned for a vacant lot on 14th Street just south of Rhode Island Avenue. Plans call for mostly small units ranging from 500 - 600 sq. ft. Amenities will include a large internal courtyard, a common roof terrace, a fitness center, bicycle storage and 20 parking spaces. There will also be 4,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
