Formerly a Clarion Hotel, this site was planned as a three-building luxury condominium complex called Trillium in 2006, but developer The Patrinely Group was unable to secure enough sales to start construction. The site was eventually purchased by current owners StonebridgeCarras in March of 2011 for $29 million. The new development team plans a 300-unit residential building with 50,000 sq. ft. of retail at the street level (possibly a grocer). Construction is expected to start in 2013 at the earliest.
