Old Town Commons is the redevelopment of public housing in the north end of Old Town Alexandria near the Braddock Road Metro. EYA is razing the existing structures that are past their useful life and building new townhomes and a 44-unit condominium building. The condominium building will feature underground garage parking. Sales started in early October 2011.
