Sheridan Station is a new transit oriented residential community on a site blocks from Historic Anacostia. The project is being developed by William C. Smith & Company. The City Homes are 52 stacked two-over two condominium units with units ranging from 1200 to 2100 square feet. The Townes are 8 fee simple townhomes ranging from 1400 to 1900 square feet.
