U Street Corridor

Ground up construction 28-unit condominium project at the corner of 11th & V, two blocks from the U Street Metro. The $4.5 million project will consist of small units ranging from 615 to 750 sq. ft. A two-story building on site will be razed to allow for the 6-story building with underground garage parking. The garage and first floor will be constructed using concrete and metal framing, above which there will be five floors of wood framing. Developed by Habte Sequar with construction by Ellisdale.
