Arts District Hyattsville (Pulte)

Arts District Hyattsville is a $200 million revitalization investment in historic downtown Hyattsville. The 25-acre retail and residential development is a project of regional real estate developer EYA. When complete, the Arts District Hyattsville will feature over 500 new residences in a mix or rowhomes, live-work homes, condos, and retail shopping. The existing West Village includes more than 120 new residences. Residents have access to the Lustine Center, a restored 1950s auto showroom on Route 1, with a billiards area, fitness center, art gallery, juicy bar, and more. Construction on commercial portion of the East Village commenced in early 2010. The remaining 18 acres will feature new townhomes, multifamily homes, and the much-anticipated retail town center with retailers like Busboys and Poets, Tara Thai, Chipotle, Elevation Burger, & Yes! Organic Market. Pulte is currently building 170 new townhomes continuing with the same successful plans from the west side of the development.
