Developers Triangle Ventures and Rick Gersten of Urban Igloo plan an adaptive reuse and expansion of a former Verizon owned parking garage at the southern edge of Adams Morgan. The architect for the project is Bonstra Haresign. Developers have requested an exception to the 40 foot height restriction currently in place to be allowed to build to 80 feet. 6,000 sq. ft. of street level retail is also planned.
