Archstone broke ground in July 2010 on a high-rise apartment building including three levels of underground garage parking. 1,500 sq. ft. of retail is planned for the ground floor. Davis Carter Scott is the architect, and Paradigm Construction Co. is the general contractor. CWCapital and HUD’s Baltimore office financed the $152 million project with the largest loan in the history of HUD financing.
