The JBG Cos. submitted preliminary plans for its Rosslyn Gateway project that will replace two 1960s era office buildings in a highly visible location near Key Bridge. The project will eventually include 1 million sq. ft. of office, retail, residential and hotel space. The proposed project calls for 510,513 sq. ft. of office space, 6,260 sq. ft. of retail, a 148-room hotel, 133 condominiums and another 169 residential units in a later phase.
