New 6-story condominium developed by Valor Development and Ellis Dale Construction. Previously known at The New Yorker by the previous owner, the project has changed hands a couple times since 2006. The building will feature 5,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail with the hope that a restaurant would occupy at least part of the retail space. Construction is expected to commence in early 2012.
