Duball LLC, headed by Marc Dubick who worked on the development of City Vista while at Lowe Enterprises, plans a new Safeway with underground parking and five levels of residential above. The Safeway store will occupy 60,000 sq. ft. of space. Duball plans to start construction in late 2012.
