Sedona and Slate is a townhouse and high-rise residential project on the south side of Clarendon Boulevard in Rosslyn. Developed by The JBG Cos., the project calls for 25 townhomes, 454 high-rise residential units (54 affordable) and 12,635 sq. ft. of retail. One high-rise building will be 13 stories stepping down to 11 stories. The other apartment building will be 12 stories. Construction started in January of 2011 and on August 7th, 2011 a retaining wall partially collapsed closing Clarendon Boulevard between Pierce and Oak Streets and causing the nearby Swansen Apartments to be evacuated.
