Garfield Park at Clarendon Village is under construction at the southwest corner of N. 10th Street and Washington Boulevard. It will be a 5-story mixed-use development with 141 residential units, 8 live/work units, 20,757 sq. ft. of office space and 4,085 sq. ft. of retail space. An underground garage will contain 295 parking spaces - one for each residential unit plus 71 for retail/office users as well as 3,725 sq. ft. of storage space. A landscaped courtyard will be constructed on top of the 1st floor of retail. The site was previously occupied by CVS and a restaurant.
