Perseus Realty and Jefferson Apartment Group are constructing a new mixed-use development with 231 apartments (19 affordable), a 40,000 sq. ft. YMCA, and 10,000 sq. ft. of additional street level retail. The project will preserve the facades of historic structures on 14th Street.
