Kitchen at 1215 Harvard Street

This Victorian rowhouse in Columbia Heights has only been on the market for three days, but is so attractive that we would not be surprised if there is an offer on it by Sunday. While the six-bedroom home has been renovated, the updates have left much of the original interior intact. There are maple hardwood floors and ten-foot ceilings throughout, vernato marble countertops and an AGA gas stove in the kitchen, a deck off the back of the house and a parking space included in the just-under-a-million listing price.

The unit has been completely renovated and has a chef’s kitchen, custom lighting and a brand new bathroom. The condo has numerous windows and skylights, so there is always a lot of natural light coming in.
