This three-bedroom rowhouse in Capitol Hill still has all of the original pocket doors as well most of the original wood from when it was built in 1913. The house is a short walk from Lincoln Park and about ten minutes from Eastern Market. The kitchen has been renovated and the basement is finished with a full bathroom. Two of the three bedrooms upstairs are not very large, but would be ideal for children. This three-bedroom Colonial in the Country Club Village section of Bethesda has a very “all-American” feel to it with cathedral ceilings, a large yard and even a white picket fence. Having already been featured on HGTV and in House Beautiful magazine, the home has a two-story addition, a fireplace in the dining room, and an office on the first floor. The broker told UrbanTurf that the seller is very motivated, and the price has been reduced by $100,000 since it was initially listed in September.
