What Does $450K Buy You in DC?
We looked through the information for this listing twice searching for the condo fees before realizing that the $449,000 listing price is actually for the entire townhouse! The two-bedroom property in Columbia Heights was gutted and renovated, but is still priced very reasonably for a house in DC.
The main floor is narrow but very long as the living room flows into the dining room and then to the kitchen. There are hardwood floors throughout the level and the kitchen has been completely redone. Both bedrooms are on the second floor and the house comes with a roll-down garage in back with one parking space. The property is a nine-minute walk from the U Street/Cardozo Metro stop on the green line.
