We featured this two-bedroom condo on 16th Street a few months ago in our Best Open Houses feature. The price was recently reduced by about $25K which makes it a very attractive option in this section of DC.

based on floor plans I’d say this place is pretty small, but well located and very sunny. On a related note, I just bought a 2-br/1-ba on at 18 and florida for $400k. it is also on the petite side at about 720 sf, but well-located and well-renovated. $400k is going a lot farther these days!
Great article! This really has some good information about this up and coming neighborhood in historic, DC.
