It is hard to believe that $200,000 can buy you a home in DC, but we found a one-bedroom condo in Eckington that gets you a fair amount of space for that price point. Originally listed at $249,000, the price has dropped rather dramatically on this property.

The home has high ceilings, large windows, an in-unit washer/dryer and all new oak floors. The living and dining area are cozy and the kitchen has a small island that can fit a couple stools.
