What $525K Buys You in DC?

In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we find a gem of a home for $525,000 in one of the most underrated neighborhoods in DC, 16th Street Heights. At this price, this three-bedroom Wardman is a steal in our opinion. The home has been extremely well-maintained and still has a number of the original details from when it was built in the early 1900s. The first floor has a great breakfast room that looks out onto the back garden and patio, and the windows in the three bedrooms provide a substantial amount of natural light to the second floor. The property also has a spacious basement and a garage. More details and photos below.

Place looks lovely and you are right, 16th Street Heights is one of the more under-appreciated neighborhoods in the District.
Hi There!
I work for the team listing this beautiful property. Thanks for highlighting in your newsletter. Is there any way you could correct the full listing link to our website (http://coxandcoxhomes.lnfre.com/PropertyDetailsPage.aspx?MLSNumber=DC7167011&CompanyId=2) instead of our competitor redfin? Thanks!
