The bedroom comes furnished with a Queen bed and dresser, and the apartment has a balcony that looks out on Meridian Hill Park. Because the building used to be a hotel, it has a fairly grand lobby, a full gym, a wine cellar, on-site dry cleaning, a 24-hour concierge, and parking. Available August 15th, the current tenant is a law student who is looking for a non-smoking young professional or graduate student who “has it together” and is clean.

The unit has hardwood floors, a new kitchen and dishwasher, but given the rental rate and the neighborhood, this is a fairly bare-bones apartment. However, for an additional $120 a month, the renter can get a reserved off-street parking spot.
