Under Contract: From Barracks Row to Logan Circle
In this installment of Under Contract, UrbanTurf looks at homes in Trinidad, Barracks Row and Logan Circle that recently found buyers.
Traditional Trinidad Rowhouse Gone in a Week and a Half
The main floor of this Trinidad rowhouse is linearly arranged, flowing from the living room to the chef’s kitchen with a custom marble waterfall island, Viking stovetop and pot-filler, directly into the dining room, where a set of French doors open onto a rear deck. The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling and double closets, and the basement has a separate rear entrance and can serve as a full in-law suite. It went under contract about ten days after hitting the market.

Cute as a Button off Barracks Row
Two things caught UrbanTurf’s eye when deciding to highlight this new listing: the original wood beams that run along the ceiling of the main level and the flagstone patio that stretches out the back of the house. The two-bedroom row house just around the corner from Rose’s Luxury also has hardwood floors throughout, a fireplace and spacious renovated kitchen. The home found a buyer eleven days after hitting the market.

The master bedroom also looks out to the balcony and features hardwood floors, a wooden barn door and a wood-planked accent panel behind the bed. The unit hit the market on a Tuesday and was under contract by Friday.
