When UrbanTurf featured this tiny Brightwood efficiency, it was the smallest unit on the market at just 264 square feet, and strict financing guidelines had made it a hard sell. Now, after a price reduction and a few weeks on the market, the large room has found a buyer. A kitchen runs along a side of the room with an included combination-washer/dryer, and a large closet is the sole storage feature.

This one-bedroom plus den in the heart of Mount Pleasant is a recent renovation that packs a lot of storage and conveniences in a small space. An unfinished attic and basement also offer the potential for more livable area within the house. With an abundance of outdoor space between the large front porch and deep backyard, this listing made as-is seem worthwhile and it found a buyer in under a week.
