The open living/dining room features exposed cedar beams and large windows, while a minimalist kitchen offers a wealth of cleverly-concealed storage. There is also a lower-level wine cellar and a shed in the backyard. This whole package attracted a buyer 96 hours after the listing hit the market.

The kitchen/dining room is through a T-shaped doorway off the entry of the house. The master suite occupies the top floor, with the stairtop landing doubling as a dressing room and sitting area with built-in shoe cubbies. While it took a little longer to find a buyer than the listings above, it still was under contract in just 11 days.
