In Under Contract, UrbanTurf looks at recently-featured properties that were snapped up by DC’s alert buyers.

Stylishly decorated and laid out, the rowhouse has a comfortable living area, a deep rear outdoor space, a garage, and what seemingly every buyer wants these days — a lower level that might be able to bring in come rental income.
