I can’t imagine paying over a million bucks for a rowhouse with windows only on the front and back, with so many neighbors everywhere, and so far from the metro. but I’m sure someone will like it. For a million, I’d live in DuPont or get something really incredible in Shaw or Cap Hill- like this one! (Dare to dream.) http://www.redfin.com/DC/Washington/832-D-St-SE-20003/home/9903562
...but this is a REALLYcool street. I remember Hall Place, a quiet little enclave right off of bustling Wisconsin Ave. And its metro bus accesible!
