This Week’s Find: Not In Logan Circle, On Logan Circle

24 Logan Circle NW
This Week’s Find is a two-level penthouse condo in a Victorian on the eastern section of Logan Circle with views on to the circle itself. The two-bedroom, two-bath unit has a living room with three large arched windows and a working fireplace, the dining area is distinct from the living room, and the kitchen, while a bit small, was completely renovated this year. The large master bedroom is the only room on the second level, and the two skylights and enormous closets make it feel even bigger. The unit also comes with an in-unit washer/dryer and assigned parking space in back. More details and photos below.
Update: Our understanding is that this unit has received an offer.
Update #2: This unit is now under contract.
- Address: 24 Logan Circle NW, #7 (map)
- Price: $585,000
- Bedrooms: Two
- Bathrooms: Two
- Square Footage: 1,139

I looked at this unit two days ago. It is amazing if you don’t mind living on the Circle.
I saw it a couple of days ago as well and agree with EDS that the unit is fabulous. The view of the circle is amazing and the building is beautiful and appears to be well maintained. With parking in the back I wouldn’t mind living on the circle.
hey, that’s my old building! the eventual owners will have great neighbors!
Nice property.
I can’t stand it when agents don’t know what Palladian windows are (and misspell it to boot!)
I showed this unit to a client yesterday and it has an amazing view. Not at all surprised that it is already under contract.
