This weekend’s best open houses include a one-bedroom condo in Logan Circle with a beautiful private roof deck, a huge three-bedroom duplex in Shaw and a two-bedroom bungalow in Del Ray just two blocks from one of the best locally-owned shops in the DC area.

   wow.  AWESOME condo.  Weird tax assessment though.  Must be a new unit or something?
