Oasis Condominium in Fort Myers is going to auction off 125 units from one of its two towers, a brand new building that has never been lived in. Local real estate research and marketing firm McWilliams|Ballard will host an informative presentation about this very attractive opportunity in DC next Wednesday to describe how the auction works. "The discounts that will be offered by this auction are substantial and will never be available again for a building of this caliber."

The informal presentation (cocktails included) will take place at The W Hotel next Wednesday, November 3rd, from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Note that this event is a presentation about the auction, not the auction itself, which will be held on November 20th.
