This Saturday and Sunday, the Velocity condominium in Capitol Riverfront will be hosting a rooftop open house event. Come check out one of the newest projects in the neighborhood, just around the corner from the Metro and a couple blocks from Nationals Stadium.

No RSVP necessary, the open house will be held from 11am to 5pm both days this weekend. So join us to enjoy some of the best DC skyline views in one of the city’s most rapidly-changing neighborhoods.

When: Saturday, August 14th from 11am to 5pm, and
Sunday, August 15th from 11am to 5pm
Where: Velocity is located at 1025 1st Street SE (map). The development is a block and a half from the Navy Yard Station Metro stop on the Green line. Street parking shouldn’t be a problem for those who drive.
Who: You, plus anyone you want to bring.
How much: It’s free.

Velocity opened its doors last year and is one of DC’s great values. Dare to compare other condos to what Velocity offers:
