Sponsored: New Agent Team Joins Lindsay Reishman Real Estate

Matt McHugh and Heather Davenport
Lindsay Reishman Real Estate (LRRE), a prominent residential real estate brokerage located in Dupont Circle, has announced the addition of its newest agent team, Matt McHugh and Heather Davenport. The duo joined the brokerage earlier this month, and will contribute to the existing team currently covering the DC metropolitan area.
“Heather and I were looking for a brokerage that allowed us to learn and expand our business. We have found that fit,” commented Mr. McHugh. “Management at LRRE has been working with us to create a progressive, streamlined business model. 2012 is already looking strong.”
“As our business has grown, the administrative side of the business became very time consuming and sometimes took away time from clients. LRRE provides exactly the support we would have hired, and has freed us up to better serve our clients,” added Ms. Davenport.
Mr. McHugh and Ms. Davenport come to Lindsay Reishman Real Estate with a combined 17 years of real estate experience and a wealth of knowledge working with both buyers and sellers in DC, Maryland and Virginia.
Mr. McHugh is a native of the DC area. After graduating from the University of Maryland in 1990, he moved downtown and began a career in property management and then transitioned to helping buyers and sellers. He is fascinated by the city’s architecture and spends his weekends exploring DC-area neighborhoods.
Ms. Davenport has lived in a number of cities across the country, but her home and heart are in DC. After graduating from Northwestern University, she took a job with Credit Suisse First Boston, followed by time with Jack Morton Productions in New York, before moving to DC in 2004 to start a career in real estate. Davenport and her husband have twins who they love to take around to the city’s playgrounds.
“Matt and Heather epitomize the agents we’re looking to attract — smart, talented, and down to earth,” LRRE founder and president Lindsay Reishman said. “We are thrilled that they have decided to join our firm and I am proud to have them representing our company.”
Lindsay Reishman Real Estate specializes in townhouses, condos and co-ops in some of DC’s most desirable downtown neighborhoods — Logan, Dupont, Adams Morgan and the U Street Corridor — and strives to be the go-to resource for busy working professionals in downtown DC.
