Residents of The Darcy will not have to venture very far for anything.

The spacious living areas will be surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, connecting residents to the urban theater of Bethesda below. Open kitchens will have large islands and top-of-the-line Bosch and Thermador appliances, and little luxurious upgrades are available such as wine coolers, built-in espresso makers and warming drawers. Larger units feature terraces or balconies, with split-level penthouses providing covered terraces for dining al fresco.

The grand opening of The Darcy Sales Center will take place this Saturday and Sunday, September 17th and 18th, at 4733 Elm Street (3rd floor) in Bethesda (map). Open from 11am to 4pm, the Sales Center has a full-scale model of the project, as well as unit finishes, floor plans, and a beautiful model kitchen.
